Eppendorf 5430 series of centrifuges offer a versatile 30-place centrifuge with an extensive choice of different rotors, including microplates, 15mL and 50mL Falcon® tubes, and all standard blood collection tubes. The refrigerated version with rotary controls or a keypad for easy cleaning keeps the compressor at the back, keeping the width narrow and access height low.
The Eppendorf 5430 Centrifuge is a versatile high-speed microcentrifuge that offers up to 17,500 RPM (30,130 x g) between eight compatible rotors. The 5430 offers fast acceleration and braking while accommodating various tube sizes. Spin samples up to 50mL with imbalance protection and automatic rotor recognition for multipurpose use.

5430/5430R from Eppendorf Centrifuge combines the best features of a microcentrifuge (small footprint) and multipurpose centrifuge (versatility) in one device. These centrifuges hold Eppendorf tubes and PCR strips and accommodate rotors for microplates and 15/50 mL conical tubes.
Now, the rotor program has been expanded with additional Eppendorf QuickLock® rotors. This includes 48-place rotors (1.5/2.0 mL), a 16-place rotor for Eppendorf Tube® 5.0 mL, and a swing-bucket rotor (24 × 1.5/2.0 mL). 5430 and 5430R models are available as a rotary knob version for fast parameter selection or a keypad version for easy cleaning.
